The popular Seattle and Portland steakhouse will add a 8,500 square foot restaurant on the main floor and a 1,500 square foot terrace bar on the 8th floor of the Indigo Hotel. Opening October 2020.

The largest credit union in Oregon will open a 2,200 sf branch this coming winter on the ground floor. OnPoint has more than 360,000 members in Oregon and SW Washington.

Rediviva features 63 luxury apartments, in 6 floors, with Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar and Cascade Sotheby’s International interior improvements under construction on the ground level. In the lobby of the Rediviva, artwork is featured by nationally renowned artist Red Wolf from Sausalito California who designed and constructed this metal and acrylic back-lit piece for this location.

The residents in over half of the 63 luxury apartment homes at the Rediviva have moved-in and are enjoying the comforts of their new homes and the outdoor features right outside their door. The Murdock at The Waterfront is 69,000 square feet in a 7 stories of Class A office space. The M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, Chicago Tile and Fidelity Title, McKean Smith law currently occupy the building. Other tenant’s interior improvements including Trend Capital Holdings Inc. are now under construction. On the ground level, Pizzeria Sul Lago has been announced and will open in September.
